Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership & Legacy

The servant-leader is first a servant then a leader, beginning with an innate sensitivity to want to serve others, and making a choice to lead because of this sensitivity.  A servant leader is different than a person who first leads-then serves, because they do not have the usual power hungry leadership style like many leaders today.  The difference is evident from the concern taken by the servant-first to make sure that other people’s utmost priority and desires are being provided.
